1. I Got Quiet Enough to Hear Myself Again
I stepped away from the noise, the expectations, and the constant doing. In stillness, I tapped into my inner guidance—the part of me that already knew the way forward.

2. I Chose Lifestyle Before Money
This was a big one. I stopped chasing income goals disconnected from how I wanted to live. I realized that when your environment supports your nervous system, your wellbeing thrives—and success follows effortlessly.
