They say doing what you love is freedom, loving what you do is happiness.

It's also true to say that 85% of your success comes from positive thinking. And I mention this to say this: if you are holding back from doing your life purpose, over the many excuses you have found to prevent your success from happening, it's time to recognize that your life purpose will become fleeting unless you put it in motion.
Over 67 % of the population, according to LinkedIn, are unfulfilled in their jobs. When we find that sweet spot , known as our life purpose, it breeds happiness from within. So instead of feeling unfulfilled perhaps it's time to start taking steps to fulfill your life purpose, even if your not sure of exactly what that looks like just yet. I have been there and I get it, so here are five ways to ignite the fire or embers within.
Ask your self, what would I do with more time that gives me absolute joy? What pops up for you? Write it down.
Key #1: Take all the lessons, education and strengths you have devoured over the years and highlight them. Place more energy on your strengths and find others to learn from who have done what you aspire.
2. Don't set goals, set intentions. Intentions run deep within us. Intentions are a commitment from the heart. Only share your intentions with those who can help you get closer to achieving your intentions, as well as, those who support and lift you up.
Finding your life purpose is a journey of self-discovery. You need to explore, reflect and think about what you want out of life.
3. Define Your Values
What are your values? What do you want out of life? Do you want to make money, be famous or change the world? The more specific you can get, the better. For example, if your goal is to make $100 million dollars, that's great! But how will it make you feel? Will it fulfill your needs? You need to think about what is most important in your life and write down your top 5 values.
4. Get Clarity About Your Dreams
What do you dream about doing? Are there certain people or places that inspire you? If so, write down everything that comes up and see if there are any recurring themes or ideas that pop up over time.
5. Explore Your Passions and Interests
What interests do you have outside of work? Do you enjoy traveling, hiking or reading books on spirituality? Maybe photography or cooking is something that really excites you—whatever it may be! Make sure that whatever activity stimulates passion within.
Taking control of your life and defining a path forward are two key elements in reaching success. Having the right plan to achieving a goal will provide you with an advantage over even the best wishes and intentions. Make sure your goals align with your purpose and you've taken the right first steps to success.
